How much are table deposits in Moscow?

Currently most restaurants and bars ask for a 5 000 Rub (ca. 75 EUR) per person deposit. High class clubs usually ask for 50 000 Rub (ca. 750 EUR) for a 6 people table. Deposits are also depending on the location of the table. Good, prominant tables are usually more expensive. Sometimes there are also 4 people tables with a lower deposit and of course larger groups can take more space for more money. Note: So far only Siberia is an exception. They ask around 130 000 Rub (ca 1900 EUR) for a 6 person table and this is NOT a deposit. You will only get a bottle of Dom Perignon with that. All other orders have to be paid extra.

As said, deposits typically have to be paid in cash. We can offer a credit card pre-payment via Paypal, but must ask 15% extra for bank commissions and our extra work of going there to pay.

Once your deposit is gone, the waiter will notify you. Usually you can still stay at the table for the remaining night and all new orders will be billed extra. You can also get an extra table or more chairs on site, but most venues will ask for an extra deposit (up to 40 000 – 50 000 Rub) for that.

The final bill, if you need to pay something extra, can usually be paid by credit card. Also a 10% tip for the staff, in cash, is expected, when you leave.

How much do your services cost?

It all depends on the amount of work we have. If you just book tables at our partnerclubs (see the list), our services are completely FREE.

In case you need restraurants, day activities and more, we will charge you for our concierge service. Our normal price currently lays at around 15 000 – 20 000 Rub (ca 200-300 EUR) for a 3 day weekend (fri-sun), but again, the price can go higher, depending on what services you need (phone support, a host on site, more days, 24h support, more bookings than average), what activities you book and how many people you are in your group.

First we discuss your needs (by mail, phone or WhatsApp). Then we will provide a shoppinglist with all costs and incl. our projected fee. After you chose from the shopping list, we will make you a final and detailed schedule, incl. info you’ll need, timing and of course prices, as well as our final fee.

Dresscode

What is the dresscode for a high class club in Moscow?

It is pretty much the same, as elsewhere with the World Famous Clus, probably a bit more strict.

You should come in clean and orderly business or elegant outfit.

For MEN we suggest stylish half shoes, shirt and jacket. No need for ties and during the summer you can leave the jacket. Shirts are mandatory in some places, like Sibiria. Jeans are accepted in most places.

For WOMEN we suggest to wear a dress and high heels.

Not accepted in most venues are: casual outfits, sneakers, caterpillars or other boots, flipflops, shorts, ripped clothes (even if its trendy), UGGs

We will brief you about the required dresscode in our “final schedule” and you can always ask us personally to make sure, there are no problems.

What is the dresscode in Moscows clubs?

Most places in Moscow require a certain dresscode, no matter if its a restaurant, a gentlemans club, underground or high class club. But no worries, we will advise you (within our final schedule). We will tell you upfront, what is required, so you can bring the right clothes from home or we can change the booking to fit your favorite style. Please note that even, if you have booked and paid for a table, some clubs may refuse entry, if you are not dressed accordingly to their required dresscode.

Nightlife

Can you organize drugs?

As in most countries, its illegal in Russia to sell or use drugs. Sure a lot of people use party- or recreational drugs in Moscows clubs, but only within the tight community scene. You will probably not be able to buy anything on site. We also advise you, not to bring your own, since the penalties are fierce (years of prison). Please understand, that we are public people (observed by the authorities) and we can’t deal with drugs or help you to score anything in Moscow. Sorry.

Can you provide body guards?

Yes, we work with Moscows best security firms and Chris Helmbrecht himself used to be a federal police officer in Germany for many years. Depending on your group size and needs, your body guards will be in your car (limo or van) or in an extra car, tailing you at all times. Their style and look can also be adjusted to your needs. We can provide the usual tall big body guards, but also “normal” men or women (all former special forces and trained) in regular clothes. Please note, that in most Moscow clubs, weapons are not allowed. Sometimes even your security will be not allowed on site and they need to wait in the car outside. But let us assure you, that these high class venues have their own security and our company (if its not the same) will be in touch with them to provide the maximum of security.

Do you have prostitutes?

While you can find many prostitutes (professional or hobby) in Moscows clubs, prostitution is illegal in Russia. Please understand, that we are public people (observed by the authorities) and can’t organize escorts or prostitues. We can organize strippers and have agreements with gentleman clubs, which provide a secure environment with more than 60 different girls per night. There is something for every taste.

Is Moscow secure?

Moscow is much more secure, than you would think. There is a very high police presence on the streets, even in the suburbs. All Shops, Cafe’s, Restaurants and Clubs have their own security, which are usually former police or military personal. The high class top venues, pride themselves with having ex-special forces (police and army) officers to take care of their and your security.

As a regular person (even a multi millionaire), you have nothing to fear in the center of Moscow and all of our venues. If you feel the need for extra security, we can organize it for you and cover you, your friends and family during the complete stay.

Still it is a metropolis and the largest city in Europe. There can be trouble and crime, as elsewhere in the world.
We advise you to be as careful, as you would be at home.

Don’t leave your drink unattended.
Be careful with girls, which appear to be prostitutes (or are well to easy and friendly).
Don’t take Gipsy taxis (especially the taxi drivers waiting infront of a club or restaurant!).
Inform the venues security, if someone is aggressive with you. They will handle it for you.
Inform the venues security, if you feel bad (someone may have put drugs in your drink, or you just had too much). They will organize a taxi and make sure you get back well and safe to the hotel. Its in their interest as well.

While in Moscow, you can always call us and we will try to fix any problems and tell you, how to handle it. Or send someone to negotiate or safe you.

What music do they play in Moscow Clubs?

It is really depending on the venue. Typical Russian places like “Sibiria” or “Icon”, feature Russian pop and Russian house music, with live acts (some real Russian pop stars perform there each weekend). High Class venues, such as “Duran Bar”, mainly feature Ibiza house, but there can also be some Russian pop. “Artel Bessonnitza” features a Berlin or Ibiza styled Tech-House / Techno. “Jagger Bar” plays the Russian and UK charts in remixes and mashups (partymusic), but also soem trap. Hip Hop is rare in Moscow. “Garage Club” features the best RnB in town, but only on Sundays and Wednesdays.
“Imagine Cafe” offers live indy rock performances and the djs play indy and rock classics.

And of course, there are plenty of underground clubs, where you will find the tech-house beatport charts or even more underground, including music of Russian tech producers.

So there is something for everyone. Just tell us, what you like and we will consider it, when planning your schedule.
